Great hotel, a bit far from the centre
It is a great hotel, with friendly staff and well equipped clean rooms.
The only downside is that it is quite far from the city centre. Thankfully, there js a direct bus which gets you to the city centre in about half an hour.

It was clean and functional
There was a very unpleasant incident where one of the front desk officers was extremely rude to a guest who had come to complain that her Air Conditioner wasn't working. There were up to 10 other guests waiting to be attended to and he was quite rude and unpleasant. This was the only unpleasant experience I had. The restaurant could also offer more food variety for lunch and dinner

Nice place to stay.
Rooms were super clean and smell clean
Breakfast was good, but they don’t refill the bread (croissant ???? )when finished Also they don’t offer tours or any other visits in the city. Communication from the front desk to tourists need to be improved
